Congratulations on the fine job you’re doing at CCC, Inc. I read with interest the article you published in ABC Trends. As you might guess, I read quite a bit on your subject, but you presented your viewpoint in the article in a most striking way–an interesting insight into the customer-service arena. 

Your sound, fundamental approach to sales management should have been followed by many of our colleagues who were not so well prepared for the recession perils of the last two years.
