Sherman, As
you may or may not have heard, I will be leaving ABC on September 1 to
begin my own consulting business. That experience may be a “dream come
true” or a nightmare–depending on my success or failure. Whichever
way things turn out, I don’t want to leave without telling you of your
contributions to my career. The training offered here has been
exceptional, and with diligence you have mapped out the formal training
programs beneficial to me and managed to see I got into each one.
Additionally, just observing your management style has been an excellent
on-the-job case study of course principles. You’ve kept the work
challenging and the interactions pleasant. Thank you for providing this
working environment that has nurtured my inclination to start and manage
my own company. I’m
sure I’ll be phoning you from time to time for advice as I consult
with clients who demand and deserve as much as clients here at ABC. Yours
