SUBJECT:      Saving Plan eligibility 

Effective January 1, all full-time employees who have been with the company for more than 120 days will be eligible for participation in the Saving Plan program. This is a change from the previous 12-month probationary period for participation in the Saving Plan program. 

After completing 120 days of full-time employment, employees may enroll in the Saving Plan program on the next quarterly entry date. The quarterly entry dates are January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. 

For example, if an employee started work full-time on June 1 he/she would have completed 120 days as of September 28. Therefore, he/she would be able to enroll in the Saving Plan program as of October 1. 

Just a reminder, all Saving Plan program forms should be completed and turned in to the management office 30 days prior to eligibility.
